Quality process
Nothing goes on sale before it has passed every step below. We spend almost as much time testing a device as refurbishing it, and that is why returns are rare.
Intake and diagnostics
Every device is tracked by IMEI from the moment it arrives. First stop is a full diagnostic run: battery, display, cameras, audio, sensors, locks.
Repair with proper parts
Our own technicians repair the faults using OEM pulls or graded quality parts, and we record which parts went into which device.
A second, independent test pass
One test suite is never enough. Every device is tested again with a separate tool chain that catches what the first one misses.
Extended final testing
A separate final inspection with long test cycles, because some faults only show up over time. Random shutdowns, freezing, heat, SIM issues.
Grading and release
Cosmetic grading against fixed criteria, data wiped, and only then the device is cleared for sale. If we would not buy it ourselves, we do not sell it.
Every device ships with its own spec label: storage, battery health, locks, part status and grade. This is what your customer sees too.
About us
Second Peak Oy is a fast-growing refurbisher from Helsinki, Finland. The company is young, the experience behind it is not: between us we carry decades of authorized mobile device service work. We do one thing and try to do it well: refurbished devices that a reseller can stand behind.
Where we come from
SecondPeak got started in January 2026 and operates as an independent refurbisher. The team's background is in authorized mobile device service, and those habits followed us here: disciplined processes, careful repairs and documentation that holds up.
Why we exist
A used device is the most sustainable device there is, but only if the buyer can trust it. That trust is built with testing and honest condition data, so that is what we sell alongside the devices.
How we work
A small technical team and a production system we built ourselves, tracking every device from intake to shipment. Short chains, direct answers, and a quality gate that does not bend when the month gets busy.

Delivery terms
We sell to businesses only. Deliveries ship from Helsinki with tracked transport, and the method, schedule and costs are confirmed with the order or offer. Invoicing and payment terms are agreed per customer.
Warranty
Every device is tested and graded before delivery, and the warranty period and terms are confirmed with the order. The warranty does not cover physical damage after delivery or devices repaired elsewhere. Claims to [email protected] with the device IMEI.
